Director Postal Services Manipur informs

Office of the Director Postal Services Manipur informed the general public that a Divisional Level 'Dak Adalat' will be held on March 24 in the Office of the Director Postal Services Manipur Division Imphal located above Imphal Head Post Office (2nd floor) Babupara at 1 pm.
The Dak Adalat will entertain grievances pertaining to Postal Services for its redressal.
Written complaints may be sent through Ordinary Post or Speed Post with the subject 'Dak Adalat' super scribed on the cover, addressed to the Director Postal Services, Imphal -795001, Manipur. The complaints should contain full details like complete address and registration receipt number etc, stated the notification.
For complaints about Savings Schemes and Postal Life Insurances, the account number, policy number and full address of the depositor or insurer etc should be given.
The written complaints should reach the office on or before March 22 and complaints received after will be redressed through the usual channel.
