4 Bills passed

IMPHAL, Feb 10 : After due deliberations, the State Assembly today unanimously passed four Bills.
The four Bills cleared by the House were Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Bill 2021, Manipur Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Second) Amendment Bill 2021, Asian International University, Manipur Bill 2021 and Manipur Private Universities Bill 2021.
However, the Manipur Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill 2021 was referred to the Hill Areas Committee. The State Assembly also gave clearance to six demands for grants  pertaining to Labour & Employment, Tribal Affairs & Hills, Environment & Forest, Power, Sericulture and Information Technology.
