Asia Oceania Judo C'ship Ch Linthoi bags another medal as Chanam Devina settles for bronze

IMPHAL, Dec 6 : Manipur's Chanambam Linthoi who bagged a bronze medal earlier in the 57 kg cadet competition in the Asia Oceania Judo Championship held in Beirut, Lebanon went on to clinch a silver medal in the junior competition to take her medal tally in the championship to two.
Manipur's Chanam Rebina also won a bronze medal for the country in junior girls' -70 kg category competition.
Chanambam Linthoi was born to Ch Ibohal and Ch Ongbi Guneshori of Mayang Imphal Thana Maning Leikai.
Chanam Rebina, meanwhile, is the daughter of Chanam Sanjoy and Chanam Ongbi Ibemcha of Mayang Imphal Konchak Awang Leikai.
N Seetal Singh from Mayang Imphal too bagged a bronze medal in the cadet competition (81 kg) earlier.
Judo Association of Manipur extended heartiest congratulations to the players on winning medals for India at the international championships which were held from December 2 to 5.
