APSNNCC appeals

IMPHAL, Dec 25: Angom Porom Singh Ningsing Numit Celebration Committee (APSNNCC) has appealed to all organisations and local bodies of the State to refrain from calling bandhs/general strikes on January 3, 2022.
As per a statement released by APSNNCC, the Committee has organised an event to commemorate the 125th death anniversary of Angom Porom Singh, first Christian of Manipur, who worked towards bridging the divide between hills and valley.
The event will be held at State Film Development Society, Palace Compound while following pandemic guidelines, the statement added.
