IMPHAL, Dec 22  : The Special Judge NIA Manipur has issued notice to M Ratankumar Singh, Associate Professor, Department of Medicine to appear before the Court on December 29 regarding the medical examination he had conducted on Lhukhoson Haokip alias Soson.
Lhukhoson Haokip, self styled chairman of United Kuki Liberation Front (UKLF) had surrendered before the Court on September 16 in connection with 2nd Manipur Rifles Arms Missing case and had sought bail on medical grounds.
