IMPHAL, Dec 20 : Staff Reporter of The Sangai Express Sapam Aruna Devi has been selected for the 'Promising Journalist Award-2020' presented by the Women Action for Development (WAD).
Sapam Aruna Devi is one of the 3 awardees announced by WAD for the 'Promising Journalist Award' award alongside Babie Shirin (Imphal Free Press) and Ngangom Surajkumar Singh (Sanaleibak Daily) while Usham Joyshree of Impact TV News was selected for 'Gender Journalist Award' for 2020.
The awards will be distributed on International Fortnight Day Observation: Protesting Violence Against Women on December 22 at Imphal Hotel at 10.30 am.
