Books released

IMPHAL, Dec 18: A book release function of two books namely 'Ashi Khayattagi Hallakpa' written by S Joykumar Singh and Deepali Chanu Sanasam and 'Vote Khomhou-ee' written by Sanasam Joykumar Singh was held today at Manipur Press Club.
The function was organised by Nongchup Haram Khorjei Lup (NOHAKHOL), Yurembam.
Today's book release function was graced by president of DM College Alumni Association (DMCAA), N Ibohal Singh, president of NOHAKHOL, Dr L Shashi Kumar, president of IMAKHOL, Dr RK Gunachandra Singh, president of AMWJU, Wangkhemcha Shamjai, PDG/SCA, District-322-D, The International Association of Lions Clubs, MJF, M Gojendro Singh and president of AMEA, S Rishikumar Singh as the presidium members.
Speaking as the chief guest, N Ibohal Singh expressed belief that the two books released today will benefit the readers and appealed to the writers to keep writing meaningful books. He further stressed on the need to develop a reading habit among the people since reading books enhances one's knowledge considerably.
