Thaninkhun Kalalong Thoubei clarifies

IMPHAL, Dec 17: Thaninkhun Kalalong Thoubei, Bishnupur Ward no 7 in a statement has clarified that Jangailung Kamei who was apprehended with heroin powder on December 13 is not a resident of Thaninkhun anymore since he and his family left the village a year back
Stating that dragging the village name in such crimes against society as unfortunate, the Thaninkhun Kalalong Thoubei warned of appropriate punishments if such incidents recur.
