Ukhrul, Dec 15: Hungpung Village Authority (HVA) on Tuesday organised a blessing ceremony for Samuel Risom, NPF intending candidate for the upcoming Manipur Assembly election 2022 at Ilongshim Community Hall, Hungpung village.
