Kuki Inpi Manipur congratulates

The Kuki Inpi Manipur congratulated P Doungel IPS 1987 batch for being promoted to the post of Director General of Police (DGP).
In a congratulatory note, the Kuki Inpi Manipur expressed gratitude to the Government of Manipur under the leadership of Chief Minister N Biren Singh for recognizing the sincerity and sacrifice of P Doungel who is also one of the seniormost police officers of the State.
