Manipur Students Association Delhi demands clarification

IMPHAL, Dec 1: The Manipur Students Association, Delhi (MASAD) has urged all concerned to clarify at the earliest how an Administrative Consultant has been appointed in RIMS defying the existing rules and regulations.
Speaking to media persons during a press meet held at Moral Resource Academy, Sagolband Nepra Menjor Leikai today, general secretary MASAD, Rahim Phusan stated that it is really unfortunate a person aged about 70 years has been appointed as the Administrative Consultant which going against the norms in the presence of RIMS Director and Medical Superintendent.
He sought an immediate public clarification from the authorities concerned regarding the matter.
Stating that MASAD did not withdrew the memorandum submitted to the Prime Minister, the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Chief Minister of the State requesting to look into complaints received regarding anomalies in the recruitment process of Medical Superintendent, RIMS, he sought clarification from the concerned if the memorandum has been withdrawn from their end
He also warned of legal action if the clarification has not been made at the earliest.
