All Manipur Other Backward Classes Welfare Association appeals

The All Manipur Other Backward Classes Welfare Association has written to the Director, Minority, OBC & SC Department, Government of Manipur requesting to extend the last date of submission of scholarships of OBC, Minorities, SC, EWS etc in view of the numerous problems faced by the students belonging to such communities.
The Association cited many reasons which are delaying the process of form submission which includes bandh, blockades in hills and valley areas, long process to get KYC from the National Scholarship Portal, effect of COVID-19 pandemic, delay in issuing relevant certificates/marksheets from the institutions concerned and so on.
