National Lok Adalat to be held on December 11

IMPHAL, Nov 24
As per the direction of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), the Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA) will be organising National Lok Adalat on December 11 at ADR Centre, Lamphelpat Court complex.
The Lok Adalat will be organised for disposal of various types of pending cases before the Courts viz. criminal compoundable offences, NI Act cases under Section 138, MACT cases, matrimonial cases, labour dispute cases and other civil cases as well as pre litigation matters such as bank loan recovery matters, telephone bills, matter referred from Legal Aid Clinic, etc, said a press release issued by MASLSA.
The release further informed that the District Legal Services Authority (DLSAs) will also organize the National Lok Adalat at the District Court complexes of every district.
Interested parties may contact the Manipur State Legal Services Authority or District Legal Services Authority concerned for listing their cases in the said National Lok Adalat, added the press release.
