'Lan Mandaba Lan' released

IMPHAL, Nov 21
A poetry book titled 'Lan Mandaba Lan' authored by Thoudam Shyamjai (Irikhomba) was released today in a simple function held at the auditorium of the Tribal Research Institute, Chingmeirong.
The function was organised by Iramdam Meeyamgi Apunba Khorjei Lup (IMAKHOL) and was graced by Nongmaithem Kirankumar, Convenor, Manipur Language Board, New Delhi, Dr Rajkumar Gunachandra, president, IMAKHOL and Saratchand Thiyam, Sahitya Akademi awardee as the presidium members, said a press release issued by IMAKHOL.
Dr Koijam Shantibala Devi, Associate Professor, Manipur University presented a detailed description of the book. 'Lan Mandaba Lan', authored by the young writer Thoudam Shyamjai who is also a member of IMAKHOL is the 104th book released by the Lup.
