Cultural event held

IMPHAL, Nov 19: A cultural event was organised by 25 Border Roads Task Force at Lamphelpat today in the presence of renowned boxing coach, L Ibomcha Singh, eminent Indian Boxer Laishram Sarita Devi and BRO Motorcycle Expedition team.
The riders of BRO motorcycle expedition team participated in an outreach program today morning at Kangla Fort and interacted with the local people and spread awareness by distributing road safety pamphlets to avoid road accidents before attending the cultural event, said a press release issued by 25 Border Roads Task Force.
The children of Triumphant KG School performed during the cultural event.
The BRO motorcycle expedition will be flagged off by the Governor La Ganesan from HQ 25 Border Roads Task Force, Lamphelpat on Nov 20, added the press release.
