S Dewan condoled

IMPHAL, Nov 11: The District Wushu Association Thoubal condoled the demise of its founder secretary Sinam Dewan Singh yesterday due to a personal illness.
Sinam Dewan was a dedicated person who helped groom many National and International players during his lifetime, recalled the district association in a condolence note.
While sharing the pain of the bereaved family, the association also prayed for the late founder secretary's soul to rest in peace in the heavenly abode.
