Political discussion program conducted

BISHNUPUR, Oct 5: A political discussion was held today at Torbung Bangla community hall in Kumbi AC to ensure Shanjoy Ahanthem is elected from the constituency in the upcoming general election.
Speaking at the event, Sapam Rajen Meitei, fromer pradhan, said Kumbi AC was lagging behind in all developmental fronts and it was the need of the hour that the public elects a new candidate who will work for the AC. He appealed to the public to extend their support to Shanjoy Ahanthem who is preparing to contest election in the upcoming 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election from BJP ticket. He added that the BJP led Governments in the Centre and in the State were welfare and people oriented Governments and if Shanjoy Ahanthem is elected, he will follow the visions and steps of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister N Biren Singh to develop the constituency.
