RNCM executive meeting held

Rongmei Naga Council Manipur (RNCM) on Sunday constituted the Imphal Luangrian Rongmei Naga Luh Phwam during its 5th executive meeting held at Tharon, Imphal.
The meeting elected Chingdinliu Panmei as president, Martha Pamei as secretary, Khamchui Riamei and Diriangliu Riamei as executive members of the new Phwam, said a release issued by RNCM.
Moreover, the meeting also expressed deep condolence over the untimely demise of Late Athuan Abonmei on September 22 at Tamenglong. It further claimed that the two persons arrested on September 27 in relation to the incident namely Ponthanlung Panmei (47), s/o Langai Panmei of Konthoujam Maning Tribal colony and Lanchapou Bosco Gonmei (48), s/o Late Gaikhangsinpou Gonmei of Ramgailong, Langol Laimanai as innocent civilian and prayed for their early release on humanity ground.
