ZU greets

IMPHAL, Jan 24
The Zeliangrong Union (ZU) has extended its Gaan Ngai greeting to the people of Manipur, especially the Kabui Naga brethren.
Gaan Ngai  is the biggest festival of Zeliangrong tribes of Assam, Manipur and Nagaland which is celebrated just after the completion of the harvest of the year, said ZU and added that the festival heralds the closing of the old year and arrival of New Year.
The ZU prayed for the festival to bring prosperity, peace and integrity in Manipur as well as in the country.
