Child missing

THOUBAL, Jan 20 :A 4 year old child, Md Ribas Khan s/o Md Riyaj Khan of Moijing Leingoijil has been missing since yesterday, reports our correspondent.
The child was last seen eating snacks brought by his mother and when searched by his father, he was nowhere to be found, said the family. The family added that they were not worried at first as they thought he might be playing with his friends, but panic kicked in when he didn't return even after 7 pm.
This was when the family informed the  neighbours and the search for the child began. The search team also looked at the local pond fearing he might have fallen into it.
A missing person report was filed at Thoubal Police Station on the night of the same day. The police team and experts searched the local pond again but he was nowhere to be found till today.
