Patriotic Writers Forum Manipur calls for submission of poems

IMPHAL, Jan 20: Patriotic Writers Forum Manipur notified all the young writers of Manipuri language to submit poems for consideration of Arambam Ibungohal and Binodkumar Literary Award 2020.
Writers from Manipur and outside the State who should not be more than 35 years of age can submit their poems published between February 26, 2018 and January 31, 2020.
Three poems each should be submitted along with the photo copy of the writer's Aadhaar card, two passport size photographs, one copy of bio data including the necessary contact details on or before January 30 to the office of Patriotic Writers Forum at Keishamthong Hodam Leirak Machin, said a statement.
Writers outside of Manipur can send their poems through the post office or any other service  addressed to the president and secretary of the Forum.
The award has been donated by writer and educationist Arambam Meme in the memory of her parents to encourage the young poets of Manipur and is presented every year on February 25.
