Poppy plantation destroyed

IMPHAL, Jan 12: More than 150 personnel of Sagolmang Police Station and Reserve Line Imphal destroyed around 60 acres of poppy plantation on Aigejang hill range, Jordanphai village, said sources. The drive to check poppy cultivation was led by Officer-in-Charge Sagolmang PS, Manoj Prabhakar under the supervision of Superintendent of Police Imphal East Jogeshchandra Haobijam and Additional SP M Bisworjit.
An FIR has been registered and investigation has started
