LKVA questions

IMPHAL, Aug 9: Claiming that saplings of coconut at Ramcherbung planted on August 4 last during a programme organised by Central Agriculture University (CAU), Imphal, Apunba Image Machasing (AIMS), Nongkam Satang, Choktong and Machi village authority were uprooted, the Lamlong Khunou Village Authority (LKVA) has questioned the motive of the organisers. 
A press release issued by LKVA also thanked MPs Dr RK Ranjan and Dr Lorho S Pfoze for understanding the plights of the people living at the border. Saying that the MPs assured to send a proposal to construct all-weather roads, the village authority assured that they will give full cooperation for any developmental projects to be executed in the area.
