Bail hearing

IMPHAL, Aug 7: Chief Justice High Court of Manipur, Ramalingam Sudhakar has fixed August 10 for further hearing of the anticipatory bail application filed by Erendro Leichombam.
During the hearing through video conference today, the Court found that the Facebook post allegedly posted by erendro was missing. The Court then directed the petitioner to put/include the Facebook post in the anticipatory bail petition and fixed  August 10 for further hearing.
It may be noted that a case was registered against Erendro alleging he had posted derogatory comment on Facebook directed against MP Leishemba Sanajaoba.
