THOUBAL, Aug 17: One Th Naoba Singh of Sekmaijing Maning Leikai handed over a tortoise to the Forest Beat Office Waikhong and Wangoo staff on August 16.
The Forest staff along with Th Naoba released the tortoise today in safe spot in Khoidum Pat.
