JAC draws MLA's attention

IMPHAL, Jul 30: The JAC against the construction of Thangal Bazar Mall Road has expressed displeasure over the silence of Thangmeiband AC MLA, Kh Joykishan regarding the construction of mall road at Thangal road.
A press release issued by the JAC questioned how some high profile person(s) of the Bazar community without informing the JAC and residents of Thangal Keithel gave their consent for the project on July 4 last. It also claimed that the signatories are not related to the JAC. Lamenting that no concrete steps have been taken up by the MLA concerned so far despite repeated requests, the JAC demanded the MLA to look into the matter at the earliest.
