Release hostage: KCA

IMPHAL, Jul 27: The Kuki Chiefs' Association (KCA), Tousem Block, has urged the party responsible in  kidnapping an employee of the Northeast Frontier Railway Company to release the hostage immediately.
 In a statement, the association extended support to the Railway authority in constructing Northeast Frontier Railway line from Jiribam to Tupul as this work will bring progress and development for the people.
Kidnapping and creating obstacles for the Railway Company, instead of supporting them in their developmental works is condemnable, the Kuki Chiefs' Association said and requested the Government of Manipur and concerned authorities to take the matter seriously for peace and development in the area.
