Reconstituted

IMPHAL, Jul 14 : In supersession of all previous orders, jurisdiction of Range (DIG level) of  Police Department has been reconstituted with immediate effect and until further orders .
DIG (Range-I) will cover the areas of Imphal East and Imphal West districts while Thoubal, Kakching, Chandel and Tengnoupal districts will be under the jurisdiction of DIG (Range-II), Range-III will cover Bishnupur, Churachandpur, Pherzawl, Jiribam and Noney districts and Range-IV will cover other remaining districts, said a statement issued in the name of the Governor of Manipur by Chief Secretary J Suresh Babu who is also In-Charge of Home Department.
