Hearing on July 23

IMPHAL, Jul 13 : A Division Bench of the High Court of Manipur today dispensed personal appearance for the time being of the individuals who have tendered unconditional apologies in connection with a criminal contempt proceedings taken up against MPS officer Th Brinda.
The said individuals had posted comments on a Facebook wall of the MPS officer against the ND and PS Judge on May 23.
The Court also directed the individuals to appear before the Court on July 23 for further hearing of the case.
The order was passed by the division bench comprising of Justice Lanusungkum Jamir and Justice Kh Nobin.
The individuals are four including one presently staying at New Delhi. Th Brinda has also been asked to appear before the Court.
