Honours for Dr Dhabali

IMPHAL, Apr 29 : Proprietor of Babina Diagnostics Centre, Dr Thangjam Dhabali has been honoured by the Government of Japan for his contributions towards promoting the understanding of Japan in India and friendship between Japan and India.
Dr Dhabali is among the  foreign recipients of the decoration, Order of Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. He is also the former president of Manipur Tourism Forum, a post he held from 2012 to 2017.
