IMPHAL, Apr 2: One day salary amounting to Rs 2,09,846 was made towards Chief Minister's COVID-19 Relief Fund by employees of Directorate of Handlooms and Textiles (HQ, District offices, zonal/sub offices),  Manipur Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd, weavers, artisans and entrepreneurs.
The amount has been submitted to the Additional Chief Secretary (Textiles, Commerce and Industry) for forwarding to the CM's relief fund, said a statement of the Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Manipur today.
The All Manipur Judicial Officer's Association also donated Rs 1, 52,228 to the Chief Minister's COVID-19 Relief Fund to support the Government.
