Hawkers appeal

IMPHAL, Mar 31: The Manipur Hawkers' Associa-tion has informed all its members to resume  news-paper distribution from tomorrow (April 1).
Urging all concerned to practice social/physical  distancing when they collect newspapers from outlets/media houses, a statement issued by the association today said that hawkers would be provided hand sanitiser tomorrow at the premises of The Sangai Express.
It also urged security personnel to give free passage to the hawkers during the lockdown due to COVID-19.
