"Moirang Run" postponed

"Moirang Run" which is organised annually by Historical Heritage Development Organisation, Moirang has been postponed until further notice considering the grave situation caused by COVID-19.
The run is being held every year on April 14 to commemorate the rich cultural heritage of Moirang and hoisting of Indian Flag by Indian National Army on the same date in 1944. Since ancient times, Moirang bear historical and cultural significance, be it in the games and sports or literature.
The Historical Heritage Development Organisation while expressed regret over the postponement of the event, urged all to support the organisation it its activities.
