Governor appeals

IMPHAL, Mar 22: In the face of the novel coronavirus spread in the country, Governor Dr Najma Heptulla  has appealed people of the State to effectively observe Janata (public) curfew on Sunday, March 22 (from 7 am to 9 pm) called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Advising all to stick to the health guidelines issued by departments concerned to avoid infection, Najma in a statement said people should stay indoor at homes as far as ‘practicable’.
The need of the hour is to live in safe space and to stay off the roads and public places, she said urging all to give their collective effort in combating the pandemic.
