CPI convenes annual conference

BISHNUPUR, Mar 21
Nambol Makha branch of Communist Party of India, Nambol Local Council has convened its annual conference, today.
The conference was presided by comrade Chingsubam Shamu, said a press release issued by a branch secretary of CPI, Nambol Makha, H Brojeshwor.
During the conference several resolutions were taken including demands for intensifying the preventive measures of the State Government to check the entry and spread of COVID-19 in the State, initiation of an irrigation project for Nambol Makha area and construction of urinal and installation of water tank for the vendors of Nambol Keithel, he added.
 H Brojeshwor has been reappointed as the branch secretary of CPI, Nambol Makha for another term.
