Events cancelled

The premier of Aronba Wari, a Manipuri feature film  produced by Seuti Films Production, slated to be held on March 21 at  MSFDS has been postponed following the prohibition by authorities as a precautionary step against COVID-19.
The premier will be held on April 11 at 2 pm and 6 pm, said a press release issued by chairman, Seuti Films Production.
Meanwhile, the special show scheduled on March 26 at BOAT has also been postponed on April 12.
It appealed to all the tickets and invitation cards, which they acquired/paid earlier.
On the other hand, the annual celebration of World Poetry Day, which is observed across the globe on March 21, by Sahitya Thoupang Lup has been cancelled owing to the prevailing situation of COVID-19 epidemic.
The presentation of Gopal Sharma Award 2020 to recipient Arambam (o) Memchoubi has also been postponed, said a press release issued by secretary of the Lup.
