No permits : Govt

IMPHAL, Mar 18: Following the suspension of issuance of Inner Line Permit due to the coronavirus scare, the State Government has notified that no permits, except in very special cases, will be issued after March 20.
Asking all tourists and visitors, who require Inner Line Permit not to enter the State, to postpone and not visit the State till the threat of spread of pandemic Covid-19 recedes to a ‘reasonable’ level, the Government also advised all citizens to curtail visits outside the State to only absolutely unavoidable ones.
The possibility of shutting all entries into the State or quarantining everyone coming from outside the State cannot be ruled out if the situation worsens in other States, said the Government in a notification.
