TKTL condemns

IMPHAL, Nov 4 : The secretary of the Thongju Kendra Tengbang Lup (TKTL), Mutum Jawan has condemned the Works Minister and MLA of Thongju Assembly Constituency, Th Biswajit for his alleged threatening to the lup's president in-charge, S Somorjit and one Yaima over the phone of the OC of Irilbung PS.
Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, Jawan  alleged that the two members of the lup, which is currently busy in making arrangement for organising COVID-19 awareness campaign across Thongju AC, were called by the OC of the Irilbung PS yesterday. After reaching the PS the duo were made to talk to the Minister on OC's phone, he said.
During the conversation, the Minister had allegedly threatened Somorjit on the charge that the latter was carrying out activities against him (Biswajit), he said while adding that the Minister should  be held responsible if anything bad things happen to the lup's members.
