NIA files petition

IMPHAL, Nov 3: Challenging the order of the Special NIA Court to open offices of the Salai Group on November 4, the NIA has filed a petition in the High Court today.
Hearing the petition, the Court allowed the NIA to submit a memo about the pendency of the case (petition filed in the HC) to the Special Court NIA.
The Court also issued notice to Salai Group returnable within 2 weeks and fixed the next hearing on November 5 for consideration of passing any interim order.
