66th Manipur Theatre Day observed

IMPHAL, Oct 21: The Manipur Dramatic Union today observed 66th Manipur Theatre Day at its theatre at Yaiskul Police Lane.
The function was attended by Art and Culture Director Ngangom Uttam Singh, Naharolgi Thoudang Editor Khoirom Loyalakpa who is also the media advisor of Health Service Manipur and Theatre Centre Manipur president Padmashri Naba Wareppa as the chief guest, special guest and president respectively.  
Theatre Centre Awards for this year were presented to Niladhwaja Khuman (Lalit Ningsing Khudol), Kshetrimayum Rashi Devi  (Kh Ibechoubi Ningsing Khudol) and RK Khogen (S Komol Ningsing Khudol) at the function.  
Speaking at the function, Khoirom Loyalakpa informed that the arrangements are being made to provide the Chief Minister Gi Hakselgi Tengang (CMHT) to the artists.  He also appealed the artists of the State to take the opportunity.
