WY tablets seized

MOREH, Oct 13: Troops of 43 Assam Rifles, Moreh apprehended an individual and seized 650 packets containing approximately 1,30,000 tablets of WY, at around 2:30 am today in Haolenphai village near the Indo-Myanmar border.
The arrested person identified as Mangneo Vaiphai, aged 24 yrs, s/o Kailenh Vaiphai of Tengnoupal Bazar was coming in a suspicious manner when the AR team stopped him for questioning.
On further checking, the team found 650 packets containing WY tablets.
The person along with the seized WY tablets were handed over to Moreh Police Station for further legal action.
