Manipur beat Haryana 1-0 in 60th Subroto Cup for U-17 boys

IMPHAL, Sep 7 : Manipur's Springfield School opened up their Pool A campaign of the 60th Subroto Cup International Football tournament for U-17 boys which kicked off in New Delhi today,  with a 1-0 win against Haryana.
The lone goal which proved enough to be a winner was scored by N Ajitkumar in the 44th minute of the match.
Manipur will face Arunachal Pradesh in their next league match on September 10.
It may be mentioned that the State team are being drawn together with Army Boys, Arunachal Pradesh, Haryana and Sainik School in Pool A of the competition which is being participated by 40 teams.
