Sealed rate quotations invited

Sealed rate quotations have been invited from intending registered firm (registered with GST) of Manipur for the cultural programme of the coming Sangai Festival 2019 at BOAT, Palace Compound from November 24 to 30.
A notice issued by the Director of Art and Culture mentioned that the sealed rate quotation re for sound design including costs of hiring required equipment, technician's charges and daily operation, light design including hiring cost of lighting equipment and power generator with fuel, assembly, daily operation and dismantling, stage design including implementation with cost of  materials, daily maintenance and dismantling and ambience design of BOT including implementation with material cost, maintenance and dismantling.
Pointing out that one firm can apply for any one item, the notice mentioned that the last date of submission of quotation is 2 pm of September 16 and no quotation will be accepted after this date under any circumstances.
The quotations will be opened  the same day at 2.30 pm at the office of the Director, Art and Culture, Manipur at Palace Compound.
The notice also explained that the Director reserves the right to reject or cancel any quotation without any reasons.
