IMPHAL, Sep 26: Chief Minister N Biren today chaired a meeting and reviewed the preparations being made for the Mera Hou Chongba festival which would be celebrated next month.
The meeting was participated by Deputy Commissioners and officials of Art & Culture, Transport and Tribal Affairs Departments.
