DESAM urges students

IMPHAL, Jul 27: Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has urged all students, who has the desire to re-scrutinise their examination paper or check their examination papers to do so within the stipulated time (July 25-31) given by BOSEM. A press release issued by secretary of Education & Academic Affairs DESAM stated that a meeting was held with the members of DESAM and the authority concerned following the one day discussion programme organised by DESAM at Manipur Press Club on July 17.
The meeting failed to provide any positive response. However on July 22, another meeting was conducted in which both the parties agreed to give a time to the students for re-scrutiny of papers and for the board to respond to the RTI filed by students on examination related matters.
