Awareness programme organised

IMPHAL, Jun 22 : Prior to World Anti-Drug Day, All Manipur Students Guardian Association (AMSGA) and NAB jointly organised an awareness programme on drug abuse at Singjamei Sougrakpam Leikai, today.
Speaking as the resource person of the event, Addl SP, NAB, Th Brinda said that addiction is a form of disease and drug users should not be outcasted or treated differently for their behaviour. Brinda said that collective effort of the Government and the public is needed to curb drug abuse. AMSGA, secretary, Sumati Sougrakpamm, SDO Club, president, Alawar and secretary of Singjamei Apunba Nupi Lup, Th Binasakhi also attended the programme.
