Cultural exchange programme held

IMPHAL, Nov 2: International Peace and Advancement (IPSA) and Ethnic Community Development Organisation in association with Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy Imphal and World Thang-Ta Federation organised a cultural exchange programme at Nayabazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh today.
The reception cum cultural exchange programme was attended by IPSA president Jaichandra Konthoujam, ECDO executive director Lakshmikanta Singh, Additional Commissioner of  Sylhet Metropolitan Police Bibhuti Bhusan Banerjee, writer Manihar S, JNMDA Director L Upendro as dignitaries.
