HC dismisses

IMPHAL, Nov 13: The High Court of Manipur, rejected a case filed by Patsoi MLA AK Mirabai praying for dismissal of an election petition by Sapam Kunjakeshwor, on the ground that it is devoid of any merit.
The judgement was passed by a Single Bench (headed by Justice Kh Nobin) of the High Court today after it had been kept reserved since September 5.
The case rejected today, was filed by AK Mirabai as petitioner against Sapam Kunjakeshwor alias Keba, and two other respondents, praying for dismissal of an election petition which was filed by Sapam Kunjakeshwor which alleged that during the Manipur general election 2017, the RO concerned had acted in favour of Mirabai during the counting of votes.
