13th Mega Marathon Manipur 2019 postponed

This year's edition of Mega Marathon Manipur, an annual event organised by United Peoples' Front with the theme "Run for Nation"  in collaboration with Athletic Association of Manipur since 2007, has been postponed for some time.
The 13th edition of the run which was scheduled to be held on November 3 was postponed due to the restive nature of the State, said a press release of United Peoples' Front (UPF).
UPF also expressed regrets to all athletes, media fraternity, technical and medical staff, clubs, bodies and organisations along the route of the run for the inconveniences and postponement of the event and further urged to extend continuous support in organising the run on latter date.
The new date for the run will be intimated soon, the release continued.
