Memo submitted

IMPHAL, Oct 26: Republicant Party of India (A) Manipur State unit president Mahesh Thounaojam has submitted a memorandum to the party National president cum Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale, cautioning against any impact to the State's integrity as a result of the Naga peace talks.
